The ingredients of this delicious and easy recipe for a 9-inch pie are: 3/4 cup of mango pulp ½ can of condensed milk ½ cup of heavy cream 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin hydrated in a quarter cup of lemon juice 2 egg whites beaten until stiff peaks Once the unflavored gelatin is hydrated, dilute it a bain-marie or microwave oven.
