Vanilla Rum Cake - Delicious and Super Moist

Super moist vanilla and rum cake. This recipe is incredibly easy, it is made as a 4/4 recipe with the difference that the eggs are added separately. The yolks at the beginning of the beating and the egg whites beaten stiffly at the end to achieve fluffiness and softness. What makes this cake extraordinary is the flavor and the moisture that the rum syrup gives it. The syrup is homemade with water and granulated sugar, also called white sugar, to which you can add the amount of rum you like.
Take note of the following recipe:
250 g Unsalted Butter
200 g Sugar
5 Yolks + 5 Whites of Jumbo Eggs
250 g self-rising Flour
1-2 teaspoons Vanilla flavor
Syrup: 1 cup of water + 1½ cups of sugar + 1 oz of rum
