I chose a recipe for sablée dough enriched with almond flour This classic crust, crumbly and crispy, is often used for tarts an tartlets. The dough is softer, with a more granular texture and easier to cut. The ingredients are: 250 g All Purpose Flour 100 g Almond Flour 150 g Unsalted Butter, cut into small cubes 100 g Icing Sugar, sifted 4 jumbo Egg Yolk ½ tablespoon Vanilla Flavor ½ teaspoon Salt Mix whipped cream with cream cheese to decorate. Decorate as desired with Easter accents and colors.
